Bar Blank Title Bar

I've provided the above title bar and buttons that you can customize yourself. I've used the font Benguiat Frisky throughout this page and it works well. For the title bar, I suggest using a font size around 42 in a dark purple color. For the buttons, I suggest using a foreground color that is just darker than the button and using a font size of 14. You'll get the carved effect by applying the PSP cutout filter with the color as black, the opacity at 100, the blur at 2, and the vertical and horizontal both set to 1. Right after, apply the PSP drop shadow filter with the color as white, and the same settings as above.

Miscellaneous Bullets
Miscellaneous Bullets #2
The above bullets are grouped into two sets. In order to use each bullet separately, you need to open the set in a graphics program. The paint program that comes with Windows95 will work just as well as a more powerful program like Paint Shop Pro 5, which I'm using. Open your program of choice and import one of the sets. Copy the set and paste as new image. Close the original. Work on the copy that way if you make a mistake you can always go back and open the original. Increase color depth to 16 million. Use the Eye Dropper to match to place the background color in the image into your background color chooser. Choose the selection tool, as a rectangle. Make your selection around the bullet you want to use. Choose Edit --> Copy, then Edit --> Paste as New Image. Work on the new image. Decrease color to 256. Set pallette transparency equal to the background color. Proof your work. If the image is transparent then you will see grayish blocks showing through the background. Save your image as a .gif file.
